Our company is based in Adelaide, South Australia and freight costs shown in the shopping cart are an estimate only and will be reviewed before processing any order. Freight costs may be increased for bulky or heavy items and remote locations. Before processing the order in these cases clients will be contacted.
All the items on the website will be delivered to clients directly. There will be no pick – ups. By special arrangement, however for urgent pick- ups the client will be able to collect directly from Leader but only after prior arrangements are made by contacting JV computers at
Additionally in the event that the desired items are very small and the freight cost appear excessive in proportion please contact us to process the order differently e.g. an order can be processed manually and shipped out by postbag reducing the cost.
The prices of the products and their availability are dependent on data feed from our suppliers. Although every effort is made for prices and availability to be displayed correctly at times the feed may not be up to date resulting in items either being unavailable or incorrect in pricing. We check every single order before processing it in case of discrepancy in price, availability and freight costs. We have endeavoured to allocate an appropriate freight cost based on post code, however, there are occasions when multiple items, bulky freight, out of the way regions make incur an additional freight cost. If there is any problem at all with processing your order due to any of the above we will contact you to resolve it or provide you a full refund.
